The cottage was everything we hoped it would be and more! 10/10 with excellence. ….It is superbly equipped, spotless cottage in idyllic surroundings. The owner has paid a great deal of attention to detail and it shows. We would love to return sometime and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the cottage to others. Couldn’t fault it.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautiful cottage. First Class!!.. Enjoyed great walks from the door… The cottage was beautiful, well equipped and in a stunning location. We spent a week there and wished it could have been much longer as we were not able to do and see everything we wanted to. We would definitely return again.
Valerie & John, Port Talbort Sep 17
We enjoyed our stay in Glan-y-gors and the comforts it offered… A nice cottage tucked away in the woods, but easily accessible... It is very well thought out and spacious with everything you could need - plenty of crockery, glasses, saucepans etc. The owners are very hospitable and were obviously concerned that their guests are comfortable. The cottage is well situated so that you feel “away from it all” but it is a good location for exploring Snowdon and North Wales by car or for taking various grades of walk.
Julie & Keith, Burnham on Sea Sep 17
A very wet week, but your little retreat is perfect. We have been to so many places knowing we can come back to a peaceful, comfortable cottage

Working all year for a week away can be stressful…. Have I found the right one - with Glan-y-gors the answer is simply yes. Secluded and not isolated is befitting. The local village store is Beddgelert is 5 minutes by car or the high street food store in Porthmadog (15 minutes in the car), the choice is yours. The proprietor is friendly, approachable and efficient, ensuring attention to detail turned the trip into a holiday. Instruction booklets for anything new to us was really helpful…. Superb surrounding where you can choose to explore or stay in…… A beautiful place to stay!. 10/10 all round!. Super clean, all gadgets needed available. Ran out of time exploring, so have to return
